The Curriculum
The Brand Studies Major teaches you the ins and outs of product, brand, and marketing. You’ll get access to a nurturing community, and learn from a course instructor who shows up for you and knows your business through and through.
Module One
The Product 📦
A brand is only as good as the product it’s built on. Your first order of business will be to put some strategy behind your idea. We’ll identify your signature offerings and a viable market to sell them in.
Module Two
The Strategy 📋
Now that you have your money-maker, it’s time to devise a plan to make it fully come to life. We’ll dive into the details of brand strategy and show you how to create your own brand playbook.
Module Three
The Experience ⭐️
Time to map it out. The way to truly win your customers and clients over in the long-run is by providing a great experience that matches up with your brand narrative. We’ll spend this course phase outlining an on-brand customer experience; making a plan for how you show up for your customer at every step in the journey.
Module Four
The Assets 🎨
We’ll level up that customer journey with a powerful brand presence. This phase is focused on developing a visual identity system that helps build at-a-glance brand recognition. P.s. this is a strictly ⚠️No Store-Bought Logos Zone ⚠️. We’ll make sure you’re acquainted with the design software used to put together logos, color palettes, and font suites like a pro.
Module Five
The Landing 🖥
No more saying ‘DM me for prices’, it’s time to carve out your corner of the internet with your very own digital storefront. You’re going to create a high-converting shopping experience for your customers that is easy to follow and informative. We’ll help you decide which website building platform is right for you (Shopify or Squarespace), and how to elevate templates to create a uniquely branded look and feel.
Module Six
The Sell 📣
Finally, we’ll put together a marketing plan that helps you show up strategically and learn how to sustainably create effective content as a solo business owner. We’ll be talking about the different channels you can use to grow your audience, content planning for organic growth online, and how to build hype around your launch.
